This site collects and uses a record of your visit and logs of information for statistical purposes. This information is analysed to determine the site’s usage statistics and improve this program. This site uses available SA Health human resource records to generate user accounts for Central Adelaide Local Health Network employees, contractors and volunteers. If your human resource data is not correct, you may not receive access or see the training resources, courses or programs that form part of your conditions of employment or professional development. Learning Central relies upon you and your line manager to make sure that your human resource records are complete and correct.
This site collects and retains personal information required to register or access the learning material. Personal information may also be used to notify you of updates and new learning material produced. Aggregated statistical data may be used to assist in the management and/or evaluation of courses. Your learning is managed through your line manager or department delegate who need reasonable access to your personal details to ensure that your training is allocated correctly and that you are supported in completing you assigned learning.
Personal details are stored in a secure server location and will not be used for any purpose other than those stated in the preceding sentences of this paragraph. Disclosure of your personal information to third parties will not occur unless your consent is obtained or where disclosure is authorised by law. You are encouraged to provide feedback and comments on Learning Central. These will be used for the purposes of quality assurance and improvement. They may also be used as part of any evaluation process and/or in promotional material. You should note that there are inherent risks associated with transmission of information via the Internet. You should make your own assessment of the potential risks to the security of your information when making a decision as to whether or not you should utilise this site.
